SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The Chief Master Sgt. Emerson Williams Dining Facility staff prepares lunch at Shaw Air Force Base, July 11, 2013.
The dining facility staff works around-the-clock every day of the year to provide service members daily meals.
A breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight meal is prepared each day for service members. Meal preparation begins two hours prior to it being served; the staff prepares enough food for approximately 100 people.They continue to cook food during each meal to ensure the food is served hot and freshly.
