Commissaries would like to welcome back our retirees, disabled veterans, Purple Heart recipients, former prisoners of war and their certified primary caregivers to shop their local commissary as COVID-19 base restrictions ease up. Military commissaries will remain open worldwide for a limited amount of time during a potential lapse in appropriation, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) announced.
