Dean Hoang, an administrative specialist with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron and a Sacramento, Calif., native, portrays a victim during an annual aircraft mishap training exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 4. During the exercise, paramedics simulated treatment for Hoang and several other “injured” bystanders, before the victims were evacuated for follow on medical treatment.
