A paramedic lifts Pfc. Dean Hoang, an administrative specialist with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron and a Sacramento, Calif., native, as he portrays an injured bystander during an annual aircraft mishap training exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 4. Paramedic teams and Marines with Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting used the exercise to develop lines of communication, which could be the key to saving lives.
