U.S. Soldiers with the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Georgia Army National Guard participate in the eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) program at Fort Stewart, Ga., Sept. 9, 2013. The XCTC program is a battalion field-training instrument designed to certify company proficiency in coordination with First Army and structured to provide Soldiers with an experience similar to combat missions overseas.
