Georgia Army National Guardsman Sgt. William Queen and Pfc. Corey Bond with Alpha Company, 2-121, 48th Infantry Battalion, inspect targets down range during a combined arms live-fire exercise at Georgia Garrison Training Center, Fort Stewart, Ga. Queen and Bond fired their M240L light machine gun and M-4 carbine rifles from their defensive position set up on top of a hill to deny enemy advancement into their area of operations. Alpha Company, along with the 48th Brigade participated in an eXportable Combat Training Capabilities (XCTC) training at Fort Stewart designed to provide soldiers with an experience similar to combat missions overseas.
