Adm. Guillermo Barrera, Chief of Naval Operations for the Colombian Navy, attends the 4th Fleet reestablishment ceremony held at Naval Station Mayport. U.S. 4th Fleet's mission will be to direct assigned forces in the U.S. Southern Command Area of Focus and conduct a full spectrum of Maritime Security Operations in support of activities that promote coalition building and deter aggression within the maritime environment.
