The logo of the Clark Veterans Cemetery displays the long relationship between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America. The Clark Veterans Cemetery is located in Clark, Pampanga, Republic of the Philippines. Service members from combat engagements like the Spanish-American War, Philippine-American War, World War I, World War II, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom are interred on the site grounds. U.S. Marines from 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, III Marine Expeditionary Force, who conducted a voluntary cleanup at the cemetery, are in the Philippines conducting Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. PHIBLEX 14 is an exercise designed to improve Philippine-U.S. interoperability, increase readiness, and enhance the ability for a bilateral force to respond to natural disasters or other regional contingencies.
