Command Sgt. Major Erik R.R. Frey, the 4th Sustainment Brigade command sergeant Major shakes the hand of newly promoted Capt. Lindsay March after being promoted from 1st Lt. in a promotion ceremony. Frey, the senior enlisted advisor for the 4th Sustainment Brigade from Fort Hood, Texas, sets the standard for the performance, training, appearance and the conduct for all enlisted members in the brigade. Frey, a food-service specialist, came to the Wrangler Brigade after a tour as the 29th Commandant of the 7th Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in Europe.
