Command Sgt. Maj. Erik R.R. Frey, the 4th Sustainment Brigade command sergeant major talks with Command Sgt. Maj. Orlando McMurry, the 553rd command sergeant major. The 553rd CSSB is a subordinate battalion underneath the 4th Sustainment Brigade at Fort Hood, Texas, when both units are not deployed. Frey, the senior enlisted advisor for the 4th Sustainment Brigade from Fort Hood, Texas, sets the standard for the performance, training, appearance and the conduct for all enlisted members in the brigade. Frey, a food-service specialist, came to the Wrangler Brigade after a tour as the 29th Commandant of the 7th Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in Europe.
