Equipment operators assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 17 move dirt that will be used to fill Hescos at an Al Qaim construction site. The Seabees finished construction on a camp that will house Marines assigned to the Marine Iraqi Transition Team, which will help train the Iraqi army to conduct operations in the area. NMCB-17, also known as the "Desert Battalion," is deployed to Iraq and other areas of responsibility supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
