Sgt. Angela Fry, member of 528th Engineer Battalion headquartered in Monroe, La., rejoices with her aunt, Beverly Goodwich of Hackberry, La. Members of Fry's family were rescued, on Sept. 13, 2008, by the joint efforts of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Calcasieu Sheriff's Department, 225th Engineer Brigade and 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team after Hurricane Ike flooded the isolated southwestern Louisiana community.
