Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk, the adjutant general of the North Carolina National Guard, honors Wilbur Holden with a plaque. Holden is president of the Greensboro-based contracting company Holden Building Company which won the bid in September 2012 to renovate the Joseph T. Carruthers Armory in Greensboro, N.C.
