As the sun rises over Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., Lt. Gen. Charles T. Cleveland, commander of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), and Command Sgt. Maj. George A. Bequer, USASOC Command Sergeant Major, cross the flight line after receiving their safety brief from members of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) prior to a rotary-wing airborne operation Feb. 21 in Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. This event was in conjunction with the grand opening of the new SOCSOUTH headquarters building where Lt. Gen.
