U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Eric Moore 113th Weather Flight, 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard briefs Lt. Col. Reginald H. Paul, Civil Air Patrol pilot, on the weather conditions in central Indiana prior to the Operation Blue Sky sortie Feb. 21, 2014. The 181st IW deployed an Aerial Collections Team to conduct aerial assessment of flooding in Tippecanoe and Fulton Counties in order to provide Indiana Department of Homeland Security with an accurate assessment of flooding.
