U.S. Air Force airmen assigned to the 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard and Lt. Col. Reginald H. Paul, Civil Air Patrol pilot, conduct pre-mission planning prior to the Operation Blue Ridge Incident Analysis and Assessment mission over the central Indiana Feb. 21, 2014. The 181st IW deployed an Aerial Collections Team to conduct aerial assessment of flooding in Tippecanoe and Fulton Counties in order to provide Indiana Department of Homeland Security with an accurate assessment of flooding.
