U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Steven T. Singleton, right, discusses the uses of a blood oxygen monitor to members of the Kyushu District Depot, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, during a tour March 7 at 3rd Medical Logistics Company’s warehouse on Camp Kinser. In addition to the monitor, Singleton discussed additional equipment that may be used in a battalion aid station.
