Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Maj. Gen. Akira Kawasaki looks at a set of medical supplies displayed March 7 during a tour of the 3rd Medical Logistics Company’s warehouse on Camp Kinser. Kawasaki and members of the Kyushu District Depot, JGSDF, visited the company to learn about the unit’s capabilities and techniques for storing, packing and deploying medical equipment and consumable supplies. Kawasaki is the commanding general of the depot. The company is with 3rd Supply Bn., Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
