U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate Seaman Apprentice Jasmine Jackson, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), rings a ceremonial bell to render honors during the ship's change of command ceremony Jan. 31, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam. During the event, Capt. Mark Benjamin assumed command of the ship from Capt. Pete Hildreth. The Frank Cable, homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, provided maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
