An U.S. Navy officer assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) presents flowers to a member of the ship's family readiness group during a change of command ceremony Jan. 31, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam. During the event, Capt. Mark Benjamin assumed command of the ship from Capt. Pete Hildreth. The Frank Cable, homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, provided maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
