U.S. sailors assigned to the color guard aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) present the colors during the ship's change of command ceremony Jan. 31, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam. During the event, Capt. Mark Benjamin assumed command of the ship from Capt. Pete Hildreth. The Frank Cable, homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, provided maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
