Dr. Muayad Hamed (right), a philanthropist and community leader, holds up two fingers to indicate his intentions of doubling the amount of beef to give to needy Iraqi families on Oct. 1, 2008, in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. Muayad donated six cows for slaughter and butchering for needy families in three separate locations of east Rashid to mark the Eid al Fitr, or festivity after the religious month of Ramadan. Soldiers from the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion and 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, both part of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, helped to coordinate the humanitarian assistance drop.
