    Petty Officer 3rd Class Kimberlea Chase stands in the opening of hangar bay two, enjoying ocean breeze during a break in hangar bay operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. As an aviation boatswain's mate (handling) Chase is responsible for the safe handling and movement of aircraft in the hangar bay. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
