Marines and Sailors from Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, process role players acting as injured Marines while waiting to load them on an MV-22 Osprey from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263, Oct. 1, 2008, during a massive casualty exercise aboard Fort Pickett, Va., a Virginia Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center. The exercise was part of the 22nd MEU's off-site training, the unit's first major training evolution during a six-month pre-deployment training cycle. The 22nd MEU is scheduled for a six-month deployment next spring.
