1st Lt. Isaac Hedtke, an armor officer from Monticello, Minn., and platoon leader assigned to Troop C, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, directs a captain of the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Aburisha Brigade (national police), attached to the 7th Bde., 2nd NP Div., to enforce a standing curfew ordered by Iraqi security forces and coalition forces leaders to protect Iraqi citizens of Abu T'shir in the Rashid District from an anticipated second attack by terrorists. The Soldiers of Troop C assisted the ISF imposing the curfew, emplacing barriers to close side streets and searching vehicles at hasty traffic control points.
