Tod Carmony, commander of the 38th Infantry Division, during the change of command ceremony, Oct. 19, 2008, in Indianapolis. During the ceremony, command of the 38th Infantry Division was relinquished from Maj. Gen. Richard Moorhead to Carmony during the ceremony.
