El Salvadorian Air Force Capt. Canales shares a contact with several representatives from El Salvador's Civil Protection, a national organization and one of the major agencies participating in FA-HUM 2014. FA-HUM, a disaster preparedness and humanitarian two-week exercise takes place in El Salvador from May 5-16. The SOUTHCOM-sponsored exercise includes command post and field exercises for not only El Salvador but about a dozen other countries from Central, North and South America. Army South is the executive agent.
