Sailors from the amphibious transport dock ship USS Dubuque (LPD 8) rendered assistance to two stranded boaters about 30 miles off the coast of Oceanside, Calif. The boaters had run out of fuel and were adrift in the Pacific Ocean. The U.S. Coast Guard arrived and relieved the Dubuque sailors. USS Dubuque is currently underway with the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group conducting routine exercises in preparation for an upcoming deployment. (U.S. Navy photo/Released)
