D’Artagnan Hook, a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, held a dedication ceremony for the fire pit he built at Armed Forces Park in Yuma, Ariz., Wednesday. This fire pit is the first in Yuma where American flags can be officially retired. Hook spoke to the audience about why he felt this was important and thanked the individuals who helped make the project possible after numerous months of planning and execution.
