D’Artagnan Hook, a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, held a dedication ceremony for the fire pit he built at Armed Forces Park in Yuma, Ariz., Wednesday. This fire pit is the first in Yuma where American flags can be officially retired. Hook was the first person to retire a flag in this pit; he chose a flag that was flown over the park.
