The "Niconico Festival" is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. A soldier and Lt. Col. Kevin Toner, USARJ Public Affairs, are posing with a Japanese High School girl during festival. The U.S. Army Japan and I-Corps(FWD) was invited to perform in front an audience of nearly 125,000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers. This bilateral event was designed to promote the US Army Japan and the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force organizations.
