The "Niconico Festival" is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. Lt. Col. Kevin Toner, USARJ Public Affairs and a soldier are posing with a Ironman cosplay during festival. The United States Army Japan and I-Corps(FWD) was invited to perform in front an audience of nearly 125, 000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers.
