An Iraqi policeman and two children wait for the official party to arrive at the grand opening of the Arab Jabour Iraqi police station Jan. 11 in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. Maj. Gen. Kadhum Hameed Al-Mihimidawy, the Provincial Directorate of Police in Baghdad, memorialized the station by cutting the ribbon and blessed the event. Soldiers from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, partnered with the Iraqi security forces provided security and overwatch during the event.
