Sean Garner of Springfield, Illinois, carpentry and masonry specialist, all from 3rd Platoon, 643rd Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, measure the distant between the cinderblocks to be placed underneath each consolidated housing unit during the construction of Combat Outpost Irbil, Jan. 18. The COP is being built on the outskirts of Irbil, Iraq, and will be the new home for the Border Transition Team 4100 and several other units after Camp Zaytun, where the units now live, is turned over to the Iraq ministry of interior.
