Spc. Jason Radecki of Corona, Calif., carpentry and masonry specialist, 3rd Platoon, 643rd Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, operates a Bobcat skid loader to move the cinderblocks that will be placed underneath the consolidated housing units during the construction of Combat Outpost Irbil, Jan. 18. The COP is being built on the outskirts of Irbil, Iraq and will be the new home for the Border Transition Team 4100 and several other units after Camp Zaytun is turned over to the Iraq ministry of interior.
