Members of the Uruguay Special Operations team begin to row their raft across Lake Pastrana, Colombia, to get to the next station of the Fuerzas Comando Aquatics event, July 27. The Fuerzas Comando competition was first established in 2004, has 17 participating nations this year, and continues to build the required capacity to confront common threats that cannot be defeated by traditional military means alone.
