Soaking wet after a long swim, members of the United States team fire their pistols at a marksmanship range during the final part of the Fuerzas Comando Aquatics event at Nilo, Colombia, July 28. Each of the teams had to carry a raft to the lake, row across, run about five kilometers with their rucks, swim across a large pond, and then sprint to the pistol range and fire. The Fuerzas Comando competition, established in 2004, has 17 participating nations this year across the Western Hemisphere. The U.S. team is comprised of members assigned to the 7th Special Force Forces (Airborne) based out of Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.
