U.S. Sailors aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) signal that chocks and chains have been cleared from an SH-60B Seahawk helicopter attached to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 37 during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2014 in the South China Sea Aug. 4, 2014.
