Members of the U.S. Navy and Republic of Singapore armed forces watch the coin toss before a soccer game during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore 2014. In its 20th year, CARAT is a bilateral exercise series between the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations, to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
