Pfc. Peter Leon, a machine gunner with Weapons Company 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, teaches a midshipmen how to operate a MK19 Grenade Launcher during live fire training for Career Orientation and Training for Midshipmen, otherwise known as CORTRAMID, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, August 7. Leon, a native of Fishkill, New York, assisted the midshipmen with operating the weapon, which is capable of destroying light armored vehicles.
