Capt. Colin P. Bair (left) an Anchorage, Alaska, native, and commander of Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade presents a framed unit photo and coin to senior leaders of the Estonian Scouts Infantry Battalion during a rotation of forces ceremony Aug. 13 at Amari Airbase, Estonia. Troop B’s notable accomplishments during the two-month rotation included organizing a stress shoot, conducting two airborne operations and hosting Estonia’s first ever spur ride. The 173rd Airborne is currently deployed to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a combined exercise aimed to sustain interoperability between the United States and its NATO allies, and is being replaced by the brigade’s 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment.
