Bair (right), an Anchorage, Alaska, native, and commander of Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade during a rotation of forces ceremony held Aug. 13 at Amari Airbase, Estonia. Troop B trained with their Estonian allies for two months as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a combined exercise aimed to sustain interoperability between the United States and its NATO allies, and are being replaced by the brigade’s 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment.
