Capt. Colin P. Bair, an Anchorage, Alaska, native, and commander of Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade holds a plaque presented by the Estonian Scouts Infantry Battalion during a rotation of forces ceremony Aug. 13 at Amari Airbase, Estonia. Troop B’s notable accomplishments during the rotation included organizing a stress shoot, conducting two airborne operations and hosting Estonia’s first ever spur ride. Troop B trained with their Estonian allies for two months as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a coalition exercise aimed to sustain interoperability between the United States and its NATO allies, and are being replaced by the brigade’s 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment.
