Leah Evert, nutritionist for the 48th Combat Support Hospital based at Fort Meade, Md., serves up some healthy fare for Soldiers serving the community at the Innovative Readiness Training exercise Appalachian Mountain IRT 2014 in Cumberland, Maryland, Aug. 13, 2014. Service members from the Navy, Army and Army Reserve are able to train in a joint environment while providing medical care to patients during the exercise. Service members perform medical, dental, optical and veterinary care for the communities in the Allegany County region at Allegany County Fairgrounds from Aug. 13 to Aug. 21.
