Foreign Naval attaches walk down the pier next to USS Trayer (BST 21) at Recruit Training Command (RTC). The officers are part of the Corps of Foreign Naval Attaches (CFNA) that visited RTC and Training Support Center (TSC) Sept. 24-25. CFNA is comprised of officers from foreign countries, representing their governments at their countries' embassies in Washington D.C., who travel around the country biennially to familiarize themselves with different U.S. military commands and missions.
