Dr. David Winkler leads a tour of Cold War Gallery to teachers during the "Cold War in Fact, Fiction, and Myths Teacher Institute" conducted at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy at the Washington Navy Yard. Highlights of the program in addition to the Powers talk included a unique presentation of the Cuban missile crisis from Naval History and Heritage Command historian, Curtis Utz.
