Gary Sinise and members of the Lt. Dan Band perform for more than 1,000 citizen-soldiers of the New York Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry on Saint Patrick's Day in New York City. The battalion celebrated the return of some 319 Soldiers who deployed with the New York National Guard's 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team to Afghanistan in 2008. The battalion has been part of the New York City Saint Patrick's Day celebration for the past 158 years.
