Aerographer’s Mate 3rd Class Annette Rose, from Plano, Texas, assigned to Fleet Survey Team (FST), steers an Expeditionary Survey Vessel (ESV) off of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 29, assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, into the water to perform a hydrographic survey of a beach at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX15). PHIBLEX15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
