Sailors assigned to Fleet Survey Team (FST) use Expeditionary Survey Vessels (ESV) to perform a hydrographic survey of a beach at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX15). PHIBLEX15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
