Petty Officer 1st Class Jeremy Starks helps Lt.j.g. Scott Bryant suit up before diving into Africa's Lake Victoria. Starks and Bryant are both assigned to U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 2, are forward-deployed to Uganda as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa mission to search for and possibly recover pieces of an Ilyushin 76 cargo plane that crashed into the lake on March 9.
